Sivut paid API terms
These terms apply to paid machine-readable API requests at https://pay.sivut.co. The endpoints sell access to public-data transformations and public-data packages through x402 payments.
Service
- Paid routes return public SEC EDGAR filing data, public web-page transformations, public x402 marketplace intelligence, or buyer-ready public-data packages.
- The service does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or compliance advice.
- Availability is best effort. Routes may change, be rate limited, or be paused for maintenance or abuse prevention.
Payment and delivery
- Prices are shown in the x402 payment requirements returned by each paid endpoint.
- Base routes settle in USDC on Base mainnet. The Solana buyer-pack route settles in USDC on Solana mainnet.
- Payment covers one successful API response for the requested route and parameters.
- Completed deliveries are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges or platform errors can be reviewed by email.
Buyer responsibility
- Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether the returned public data fits their use case.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, network abuse, credential collection, or attempts to access private/internal network resources.
- Contact contact@sivut.co with payment IDs, timestamps, route URLs, and a concise issue summary when support is needed.
