This workbook includes:

- Start-here guide and setup tables for categories, monthly budgets, and dropdown lists.
- Account inventory, transaction log, recurring transaction tracker, and bills/payment tracker.
- Dashboard, annual totals, all monthly tabs from `JAN` through `DEC`, and a 50/30/20 dashboard.
- Sinking funds, debt payoff calculator, net-worth tracker, investment forecast, no-spend tracker, and printable report.
- Structured tables, named ranges, dropdown validation, conditional formatting, charts, and formulas using `SUMIFS`, `COUNTIFS`, `XLOOKUP`, and `FILTER`.

Notes:

- Yellow cells are intended inputs.
- Dashboard and report formulas update from the `TRANSACTIONS` table after Excel or Google Sheets recalculates the workbook.
- The original requested `BILLS / PAYMENTS` sheet name was implemented as `BILLS - PAYMENTS` because `/` is not allowed in Excel sheet names.
